Tamiya 1:72 Mitsubishi A6M2b Zero Zeke

The kit proposed by Tamiya company includes a plastic model kit of Japanese fighter in 1:72 scale.

The Tamiya kit allows you to build the model of the Japanese A6M2b Zero (Zeke) Japanese fighter from WWII. Mitsubishi Zero was the primary fighter of the Japanese Navy. 75 of these fighters participated in Pearl Harbor attack, 7 December 1941. Their primary task was to protect the fleet, bombers and attack on American planes on the ground.

In the box there are 2 frames with airplane elements, a frame with transparent elements and decals (fighters stationed on Akagi aircraft carriers, Soryu [Fusata Iida], Zuikaku [Masao Sato] or Shokaku [ Hideki Shindo], featured in the attack on Pearl Harbor).

Plastic parts should be cut out of frames, fit together and glued according to the assembly instruction. You should paint the whole model using modeling paints according to the proposed paint scheme in the instruction. It is important to remember that some plastic parts require painting before gluing. In the end, it is needed to apply decals according to markings or graphics in instruction.

• Tamiya XF-11 or spray AS-21 (dark green camouflage)
• Tamiya spray AS-29 (belly of the aircraft, gray-green camouflage)
• Tamiya X-18 (engine hood, cockpit elements)
• Tamiya XF-71 (cockpit)
• Tamiya XF-1 (cockpit elements, wheels)
• Tamiya XF-16 (cab and chassis components)
• Tamiya XF-12 + XF-23 (engine components, 1: 1 aspect ratio)
• Taqmiya X-13 + X-25 (chassis chassis, suspension components, 3: 1 ratio)
• Tamiya X-10 (armament)
• Tamiya XF-16 (cockpit, engine and suspension components)
• Tamiya X-11 + XF-16 or XF-64 (propeller)
