Mechanicum

The Mechanicum are the masters of the Imperium's technology, controlling the most powerful war machines and cybernetic legions. During the Horus Heresy, many of them sided with the Emperor, but a section of the traitorous Mechanicum, known as the Dark Mechanicum, allied themselves with Horus, creating blasphemous and mutated constructs that wreaked havoc on the battlefield.
