7TP - PART 10 CAMOUFLAGE SHADING, COLOR CORRECTION, DECALS AND WASH
Welcome to the next episode reporting the vuilding process of the Polish 7TP light tank model kit. We are slowly moving forward to the end of our model, however, there are still a few issues that we need to complete first.
First, the model requires some color correction. In particular, green is a little non-green, so we need to change that too. However, the other colors, i.e. sand yellow and brown, should be slightly shaded so that they become not so monotonous.
We can already put decals on a model painted in this way. There are not many of them, so this step is quite smooth.
Finally, we use some enamel wash, which is heavily diluted oil paint. Here we will use the pin-washa technique - applying wash locally and not on the entire model.
Without extending, we invite you to watch the material below:

Most of the available model kits in our store's offer have dedicated accessories assigned to a given model. To see what accessories fit a specific model, we encourage you to look at the SEE ALSO panel on the product page.
In addition, to make it simpler for you, we have prepared the TOOLS, CHEMISTRY AND ACCESSORIES panel, which is located on the product page below the panel with accessories. There are tools, chemicals and model accessories sorted by popularity.
When painting with an airbrush, special attention should be paid to the ventilation of the room. The resulting and non-discharged solvent vapors adversely affect health.
Basic information about airbrushing and the techniques needed to work with an airbrush are presented in this series of video tutorials.
To make it easier for you to start with airbrushing and modeling, we have prepared sets equipped with all the elements needed at the very beginning:
