Vallejo Matt Medium is very practical, multi-purpose fluid. Firstly, it can be used to give your paint matt finnish and make it a little more transparent.

Secondly, Glaze Medium works perfect as a pigment binder for dry pigments, when combined it forms a dense mass, which can mimic the mud, earth, snow, or rust.
