The kit proposed by Zvezda company includes a plastic model kit of German tank destroyer in 1:100 scale.
Sd.Kfz.184 Panzerjager auf Tiger H is a German tank destroyer from the Second World War. The genesis of this construction goes back to the competition for the construction of a new German heavy tank, which won the design of the VK.4501H produced by the Henschel company. On the chassis of the rejected project, VK.4501P, was equipped with a 88mm PaK.43/2 L/71 gun. It was named Ferdinand in honor of the German constructor Ferdinand Porsche. The performance of the new vehicle was not satisfactory (it was characterized by a maximum speed of only 20 km/h), but its armor was excellent (at the front of the vehicle, the armor plates had a thickness of up to 200mm). Those tank destroyers were used firstly during the Battle of Kursk. Many units were destroyed by enemy infantry or artillery fire. In addition, there were problems with the engine, suspension caused by the high weight of the vehicle.
