Application and Compatibility:
The Ammo of MIG COBRA MOTOR Pale Yellow paint is compatible with a wide range of primers and hobby lacquers, including the dedicated 2K Cobra Motor lacquer. This system allows you to achieve a realistic, durable gloss finish on the bodywork, typical of real vehicles.
Usage Tips:
Before painting, secure model parts and avoid touching the surface with fingers (use clean gloves free of talc and dirt).
Recommended air pressure when spraying with an airbrush: 1.5 bar (22 psi).
Before applying the 2K lacquer, clean the surface from dust; you can lightly spray it with water using an airbrush.
For a high-gloss finish on the bodywork, use 2K Cobra Motor lacquer, mixing 2 parts lacquer with 1 part hardener, with optional thinning.
During 2K lacquer application, the recommended pressure is about 1 bar (14 psi); the lacquer is toxic and requires wearing a protective mask.
Avoid direct sunlight to prevent yellowing of the paint coating.
After drying, the finish can be polished using specialized polishing pastes such as Mr. Hobby Mr. Compound (Coarse, Fine, Superfine).
Storage and Maintenance:
Store the paint in a cool, dry place, protected from dust.
To maintain the gloss of the painted and lacquered surface, use a soft, clean cloth for gentle polishing.
