Tamiya 1:72 Mitsubishi A6M3/3a Model 22 Zero Zeke

The kit proposed by Tamiya company includes a plastic model kit of Japanese fighter in 1:72 scale.

The most famous Japanese aircraft of World War II was a Mitsubishi Type 0 (A6M) fighter. This was one of the first fighters, which had an all-metal construction in the world. It was designed in a way it could be as fast and mobile as possible, it resulted in a decrease in resistance to combat damage and large losses in later battles in the Pacific. Previously, however, its excellent maneuverability and armament (20 mm cannon) in conjunction with skills of battle hardened Japanese pilots helped to knock a lot of American planes out of the sky, making Zeroes most effective fighters of the imperial fleet.

Tamiya plastic model kit allows assembly of fighter aircraft of the Japan Empire - Mitsubishi A6M3/3a Zero (Zeke). Box includes 2 sprues with the model parts, the sprue of transparent fairings (2 choices) and decals (you can reconstruct an aircraft flown by Major Saburo Shindo).

Plastic parts should be cut out of frames, fit together and glued according to the assembly instruction. You should paint the whole model using modeling paints according to the proposed paint scheme in the instruction. It is important to remember that some plastic parts require painting before gluing. In the end, it is needed to apply decals according to markings or graphics in instruction.
