Technical Specifications and Compatibility
Vallejo WATER TEXTURE - MEDITERRANEAN BLUE is a water-based product, ensuring easy tool cleanup and minimizing the emission of harmful fumes. Its formula allows for creating layers of varying thickness, and its transparency enables a depth effect, especially when a painted water basin bottom or other landscape elements are underneath. Complete drying of the product, depending on the thickness of the applied layer and environmental conditions, may take 24 to 48 hours.
The product is compatible with most modeling materials, such as plastic, resin, wood, metal, and various primers and acrylic paints. It can be mixed with small amounts of Vallejo pigments or acrylic paints to achieve additional color variations or turbidity effects, though caution is advised not to disturb its self-leveling and transparency properties. Once dry, the surface can be further worked on, for example, by adding white accents for foamy water or varnishing for additional shine.
