The kit proposed by Tamiya company includes a plastic model kit of German fighter in 1:72 scale.
One of the most successful fighter constructions during World War II was the Focke Wulf Fw 190 plane. Well armed and very fast it was a major threat to allied aircraft. In the course of the war, the Germans began to run out of not only materials but also experienced pilots. Continuous raids on German cities and infrastructure caused very large losses, the Luftwaffe had no opportunity to defend itself. In the final phase of the war, there were units created, consisting of the best aces of aviation, for special tasks. One of them was the so-called GallandCircu, or Jagdverband 44. This unit used the Fw 190 D9 to cover take-offs and landings of a modern and deadly jet fighter Me 262.
Tamiya kit allows assembly of a model of the German Focke Wulf Fw 190 fighter from the II World War period. Box includes sprue with parts of the model, pilot, sprue with a transparent cover of the cockpit (in two versions) and decals (allows reconstruction of aircraft from the JV44 unit).
Plastic parts should be cut out of frames, fit together and glued according to the assembly instruction. You should paint the whole model using modeling paints according to the proposed paint scheme in the instruction. It is important to remember that some plastic parts require painting before gluing. In the end, it is needed to apply decals according to markings or graphics in instruction.
