Technical Description and Applications
This model accurately reproduces the light armored vehicle Sd.Kfz.221, which, thanks to its four-wheel drive and gasoline engine, could reach speeds of up to 50 mph. The vehicle was mainly designed for reconnaissance and communication tasks on the battlefield. Its armor provided protection against small arms fire and shrapnel.
The Sd.Kfz.221 version was equipped with a turret housing a 20 mm machine cannon and an additional 7.92 mm machine gun. The Bronco set includes detailed structural elements, including photo-etched and metal parts, allowing for a faithful recreation of the original vehicle.
