Tamiya 1:48 Messerschmitt Me-262 A-1a

The kit proposed by Tamiya company includes a plastic model kit of German first generation turbo-jet fighter in 1:48 scale.

The Tamiya kit allows building a model of the German Messerschmitt Me 262 A-1a fighter jet from the Second World War with the pilot. Me 262 was the first jet fighter used on such a large scale. It had powerful weapons, and his maximum speed allowed him to safely approach and depart from the targets of American and British bombers. Only the best Allied pilots were able to fight against this modern opponent.

In the box there are 5 frames with elements of the model, the metal floor of the cockpit, a transparent frame with elements of the fairing of the cabin and decals (allow to reconstruct the machine Green 1 Major Rudolf Sinner, Red 13 Lieutenant Heinz Bära III / EJG2, Red S Johan-Karl Müllers sworn from JV44 or Biała 3 by Sergeant Hans-Guido Mutke from III / JG7)

Plastic parts should be cut out of frames, fit together and glued according to the assembly instruction. You should paint the whole model using modeling paints according to the proposed paint scheme in the instruction. It is important to remember that some plastic parts require painting before gluing. In the end, it is needed to apply decals according to markings or graphics in instruction.
