The kit proposed by Tamiya company includes a plastic model kit of Japanese fighter in 1:48 scale.
The Tamiya kit allows you to built the Mitsubishi A6M3 / 3a Japanese aircraft fighter the World War II era with the pilot. The kit also includes 4 pilots and ground personnel figures that can be used to create dioramas. The zeros were designed as fast as possible, and as powerful as possible. At the start of the fighting in the Pacific theater they had no equal rivals. Japanese veteran pilots gained more victories in the air. The big losses caused by the defeat at Midway have diminished this advantage, and the introduction of modern Corsairs and Hellcats completely reversed the situation.
