The kit proposed by Tamiya company includes a plastic model kit of German heavy tank in 1:35 scale.
By the end of 1941, the Germans did not deal with tanks capable of competing with the Soviet T-34 and KW. The situation goes on. In 1942, the prototype of new heavy tank Tiger armed with 88 mm cannon was completed and put into production. The Gigant was able to destroy the enemy armored weapon easily, spreading panic in the ranks of the Reds. Despite the obvious traction problems and other shortcomings was discovered. The tank after the first modification series changed the turret of the commander. The armor was covered with a special coat of Zimmerit During the Offensive in the Kursk, the Wehrmacht had 133 tanks in that modification, where during the battle under Prochorovka the Tiger Company of the division Das Reich reported the destruction of 120 Soviet tanks.
The Tamiya kit includes the Panzerkampfwagen VI heavy tank model Tiger in medium production variant. In the box is a hull element, 6 frames with parts and decals (allowing reconstruction of vehicles with 101, 501 or 502 Heavy Tank Battalions).

You should paint the whole model using modeling paints according to the proposed paint scheme in the instruction. It is important to remember that some plastic parts require painting before gluing.
